Terms of Use
These terms define the basic rules and risks for using SKITA Wallet and KITA Gate.
Acceptance of terms
By using SKITA Wallet or KITA Gate, you agree to use the app responsibly and only where it is legal for you to do so. If you do not agree, stop using the app.
Self-custody responsibility
SKITA is designed as a self-custodial wallet experience. You are responsible for your seed phrase, private key, password, browser storage, transactions, and wallet security.
No financial advice
SKITA does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice. Token prices, swaps, rewards, leaderboards, and analytics are informational only.
Blockchain risk
Solana transactions are irreversible once confirmed. Network congestion, RPC errors, smart contract behavior, liquidity issues, slippage, price impact, and wallet mistakes may cause losses.
Swaps and third-party routes
Swap quotes and orders may rely on third-party infrastructure such as Jupiter or liquidity providers. SKITA cannot guarantee quote availability, execution price, or route reliability.
KITA Gate features
Rewards, XP, leaderboard, burn verification, chat, trivia, referrals, and future modules may change, pause, reset, or be limited for security, abuse prevention, or product reasons.
Prohibited use
Do not use SKITA for illegal activity, abuse, spam, attacks, unauthorized access, fraud, market manipulation, harassment, or attempts to bypass rate limits/security controls.
Community rules
Chat and social features must be used respectfully. SKITA may hide, delete, flag, restrict, or moderate content that is abusive, spammy, harmful, illegal, or disruptive.
Availability
SKITA may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party service issues, blockchain/RPC outages, browser limitations, or security incidents. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Coming Soon modules
Marketplace, staking, DAO, WalletConnect, multisig, fiat on-ramp, and limit orders may be shown as future features. Displaying them does not guarantee launch timing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, SKITA is provided as-is. You use the app at your own risk and are responsible for verifying all wallet actions before signing.
Updates to terms
These terms may be updated as SKITA evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
